Hey mamas, we're back with another Monday Mom Meal! This month me and Chef Shayna are serving up a one-pan dinner! We know your time is limited in between kids, work, relationships, and everything else in life. Meals like this are great to have on hand because they generally take less than 30 minutes from start to finish!
We used salmon for this recipe, but you could totally switch it to chicken or another protein. You could also roast the vegetables by themselves to use as a side dish for another meal!

Happy Workout Wednesday, y'all! Today's workout is with the queen Christine Brown, aka CRB! She's a fierce Fresno creative that does many things in the Central Valley, including teaching yoga at Blue Moon Yoga.
For this month's Workout Wednesday, she's slowing things down with breathing exercises and hand + shoulder stretches. We carry a lot of tension in our neck and shoulders, so Christine walked us through each of these moves to relieve that stress. Do your best to go slow when practicing intentional breathing. It's been scientifically proven that when you take slower breaths, it sends signals to your brain to relax!
You can do these breathing exercises from anywhere! Whether it's at your desk, at home when the kids are driving you bananas (you can even try practicing breathing with them!), or when you're stuck in traffic on the way home.
PRO TIP: Practice your breathing and stretching regularly, even when you're not stressed or just a tiny bit stressed. This will help deescalate any stress before it gets too overwhelming.

Jordan, Danica, and Tia opened up to us about the strangest places they've breastfed, building a milk supply, their funniest moments breastfeeding, and so much more in hopes that other mamas won't feel alone.

Hey guys, welcome to our new series: Monday Mom Meals! We teamed up with Chef Shayna to share a new recipe every month that's quick, easy, and delicious for the whole fam. Shayna has spent nearly a decade in Fresno teaching kids and parents how to cook! She also created Supper Club, a fun gathering for people to meal prep ten meals for the dinner table!
Our first recipe for Monday Mom Meals is chicken marsala! It's a little fancy but super easy to make in the slow cooker or Instant Pot. Pro tip: Make two batches so you have a meal ready for another day! Buy double the ingredients and freeze one set in a ziploc bag. When cooking from frozen, set the slow cooker on low for 5 hours and voila! dinner's ready!
