Delivery & Returns


Items or apparel in shop that are ready to ship, will be sent in 1-2 business days.

Some apparel are made to order, with a Slow-fashion approach. Our current processing time on all lifestyle orders is 7-10 business days. This means your order will be processed & shipped, NOT received within the 7-10 BUSINESS day timeframe. 

If you need this item sooner than that timeframe, please email our team ASAP upon ordering to arrange expedited processing. 

Being the nature of the business is handmade items, occasionally orders are subject to delays. We do our very best to get all orders out on time!

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email informing you that your package is on the way along with a tracking link. (No tracking links available for international orders)

Orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within the US in 3-5 business days. Any orders over 1lb are sent USPS priority 1-4 day mail or UPS Ground. Any items with less that 1lb are shipped via USPS first class mail.

Damaged/Lost Items

WE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, please do so at checkout. For higher valued items, we HIGHLY recommend you do this. 

We WILL NOT personally refund you for damaged, late or lost items. 

If you would like to retrieve your money back for a damages or lost item, please use your tracking number at to file a claim.

We do not take personal liability for returned packages. If a package is returned to our office for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for re-shipment. If failure to pay for re-shipment, the item will be help at our office indefinitely. 

International Shipping 

All International orders purchased with standard processing are shipped via First class International mail which is a 7-21 business day window. International express orders are shipped with International priority mail which is shipped via 6-10 business day mail. **These do not reflect processing times **

We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Keep life simple design is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Please note - All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the size of our signs, we are not able to use flat rate shipping boxes.
Returns + cancellations:

We do not accept returns on ANY items in our shop.

You may exchange LIFESTYLE product only for store credit within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be in perfect, unworn condition to be eligible for exchange.  Sale items are final sale.

No custom orders may be returned or exchanged

Please email  with your lifestyle clothing or item exchange request.

You will responsible for shipping back your item to our warehouse and return re-shipment of your new item. 

We do not grant cancellations. Once your order is placed, it is FINAL.

Refunds will NOT be granted based on inability to read shipping/processing time guidelines.
